To be an authorized affiliate of HomepageOfTheMonth.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the HomepageOfTheMonth.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the HomepageOfTheMonth.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.


Terms of Service

The terms within this agreement commence upon registration and will end only when your affiliate account has been closed or terminated. We reserve the right to make modifications at anytime as we see fit. To avoid being held to the terms of this agreement your only option is to close your affiliate account. Continuing to participate in this program constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.


Affiliate Program Membership

Upon completion and submission of our affiliate program registration form you will be bound by the terms of this agreement. Advertising our website legally to promote our products and receive commission is your sole purpose in this affiliate program.


Termination of Affiliate Status

Your status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the reasons below:

- Unacceptable advertisements (cloaking, misleading anchor text, false claims etc...)
- Spamming of any kind. (mass email, social media,  forums, newsgroup postings etc...)
- Association HomepageOfTheMonth.com with illegal sites. Adding our promotional material to sites containing illegal content.


Affiliate Links & Advertisement

You may advertise us online and off line using the promotional materials supplied in the affiliate control panel. You may also advertise us via email and in traditional off line venues such as newspapers, classifieds ads or magazine. You may also create your own text or graphic ads to advertise as long as they are not reasons mentioned in "Termination of Affiliate Status".


Affiliate Tracking and Commission

When a visitor clicks through to our website from yours via the unique affiliate ID a cookie will be saved. When that visitor decides to purchase Ad Blocks our script will verify to see if a cookie is present. You will receive a commission if that users cookie is still present at time of purchase and their Ad Block is approved by meeting our guidelines. To make things fair, commission will be granted to the last affiliate ID the customer clicked before purchasing an Ad Block.


Liability

HomepageOfTheMonth.com will not be held liable for direct, indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, statistics, commissions) related to failure in the tracking software, loss of database information or other results of 3rd party "damage" to our servers. Regarding the affiliate program and products and services sold on our site we do not make any expressed or implied warranties. We will not be liable for any mistakes or interruptions in the affiliate software; we also make no claim that it will always be error free.
